Booked for a surprise 40th for my wife! We were blown away by the property. Beautiful views, meticulously maintained, and the host Jessica was extremely easy to work with and very accommodating. If an issue arose she was always able to be reached and the problem was fixed immediately. From the moment we checked in to the day we left it was an amazing experience. Our 9 days went by way to fast and we are already wanting to return!

This was by far my best vacation I have ever had. The house was absolutely amazing the views were spectacular the best sunsets. We were able to dock our boat right in front of our rental. All of our guests had the best time ever. Jessieca the went far and above my expectations.

You were readily available for any questions or requests we had making our stay very stress free. Everything was as advertised and then some. The home and views were incredible and our only disappointment was that we only visited for a week. We will definitely look to return to Marathon in the future and will not hesitate to stay at Seagrass should the need dictate.

I can't say enough about how wonderful this property is. Jessieca, the property manager, went above and beyond to make sure our stay was top notch. We loved having the fridge stocked with drinks when we arrived, the pool is perfect, and the view from the house is just amazing. Everything was in great shape, top notch appliances, wi-fi, all of it. If you're thinking about staying in Marathon in the Florida Keys, look no futher than this wonderful spot. The location is amazing, right next to the seven mile bridge and an easy drive to Key West if you're interested. Can't wait to go back again!
